Our company undertakes projects of planning, construction or both.

In terms of planning the following services are offered (indicative):

• Edition Building Permits / Business Licenses (new buildings, buildings’ regularization, demolition, change of use, etc.)

• Topographic mapping of properties

• Architectural - Static Studies

• legalisations based on the following laws: 4014/2011 and 3843/2010

• Engineer’s attestation (based on law 4014/2011) (Upon reviewing the property’s legality, engineer’s attestation is provided. The attestation is required for 21/09/2011 for any transfer or right in rem establishment in real estate.

• Energy inspection / Certificate of energy performance
